# Homepage

> Get to know your HA Link workspace.

Open **HA Link** from the Home Assistant sidebar to see your connections and devices.

  <Step title="Open HA Link">
    Sign in with an administrator account, then click **HA Link** in the sidebar. On a phone, open the sidebar with the menu button first.

  <Step title="Check your home">
    **Linked entities** shows how many controls and sensors are listed. **Available now** shows how many have a known state. **Configured routes** shows how many selected connections have been added.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose a connection">
    Under **Connection routes**, press **Set up** to add a connection or **Manage devices** to open one you already added.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open a device control">
    Scroll to **Your entities**. Search for a name, then select a row to open its Home Assistant controls.

  <Step title="Refresh the page">
    After adding devices, press the refresh button at the top. Use **Configure** to change which routes and extra entities appear.

  Your HA Link homepage is ready to use. Choose a Usage guide in the sidebar for help with a specific screen.

  One device can have several entities, such as a light switch and a battery sensor.
