Start here if HA Link is empty, a device is missing, or a connection shows an error.
1

Check the HA Link page

Sign in as an administrator. If Could not load HA Link appears, check that HA Link is configured and Home Assistant has restarted after installation, then select Retry.
2

Clear your filters

Under Your entities, clear the search and choose All routes and All states. Select the refresh icon at the top (Refresh connections).
3

Check the connection

On the route’s card, select Set up if it is not configured. Otherwise, select Manage devices and resolve any sign-in or connection message in the native integration.
4

Check the entity selection

Select Configure, then open the HA Link entry’s options to check Connection routes and Other existing entities. Hidden or disabled entities are not listed in HA Link.
5

Save diagnostic details

If the problem continues, open Settings → Devices & services → HA Link. Open the integration entry’s three-dot menu and select Download diagnostics.
After fixing the connection, return to HA Link and refresh to check the result.
For native integration errors, follow the official troubleshooting guide.
